About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, plays a vital role in promoting and sustaining quality in higher educational institutions. During the reporting period, the IQAC actively worked towards developing a system for continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance. It focused on creating quality benchmarks, enhancing teaching-learning processes through innovative and student-centric methods, and encouraging the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in classrooms. The cell also promoted a research culture among faculty and students by motivating participation in seminars, workshops, and publications.
Further, the IQAC ensured proper documentation and maintenance of institutional records, facilitating transparency and accountability. Feedback was systematically collected from students, alumni, and other stakeholders, and necessary measures were taken to address concerns and improve overall performance. Various seminars, awareness programmes, and skill development activities were organized to enhance the academic environment. The IQAC also encouraged collaborations with other institutions and organizations to strengthen academic and research capabilities.
Overall, the IQAC played a proactive role in institutionalizing quality assurance strategies, monitoring progress, and preparing the institution for accreditation and re-accreditation processes, thereby contributing significantly to the holistic development of the institution.

 Introduction :

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college has been actively functioning to ensure quality enhancement in academic and administrative practices. Despite the institution not having a permanent building, it has demonstrated remarkable commitment by successfully implementing all programmes prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Commissionerate of Collegiate Education (APCCE).

 Institutional Context :

The college is currently functioning in a temporary infrastructure. Limited physical facilities have not hindered academic and co-curricular activities. Strong administrative planning and faculty commitment have ensured uninterrupted functioning and helped develop an action plan for the academic year. Accordingly, the IQAC interacted with students, staff, and other stakeholders to assess and elicit suggestions for improvement in areas like organizing seminars and conferences, introducing need-based academic programmes, development of existing infrastructure, and sharing best practices with others to achieve the objectives of IQAC.
